Junior Board

The Junior Board is a group of young professionals (ages 25 to 40) who believe in the free and open access to knowledge and learning for all Chicagoans at the Chicago Public Library. The Junior Board is a forum for creating fun opportunities to engage with peers in literary, arts and culture, social and political activities. Junior Board members serve as ambassadors for the Chicago Public Library Foundation, promoting programs and services that are made possible through private donations. Members also support the Foundation through the group's own fundraising efforts.

Junior Board member candidates are considered twice a year in May and October. Consideration is extended to members of the Junior Board Society. If you are interested in joining the group, please contact Kim Kocek, Chair of Membership at membership@cplfoundation.org to request additional information.
